Gaëtan Van Hoorebeke
After working as an assistant in administrative law at UCL and FUNDP, as well as a trainee in a general Brussels law firm, I then worked as a junior/senior associate and senior attorney at STIBBE for 12 years in the administrative law department, before having the pleasure of becoming a partner at HSP in May 2008.
At HSP, my practice focuses on public procurement, public/private partnerships, real estate litigation, urban planning, construction contracts, and the structuring and monitoring of complex real estate projects, in both French and English.
For many years now, I have been working for major hospitals, well-known companies, various developers, design offices and project managers, hotel managers, and numerous contracting authorities in various fields (education, public housing, local authorities....).
