HSP respects your right to privacy. We protect the data you entrust to us, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD 2016/679 of April 27, 2016) and the Belgian law of July 30, 2018 on the protection of natural individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.
This notice is intended for individuals who come into contact with HSP as a customer, as a representative of a legal entity or simply in the context of a commercial relationship, and and informs you about the processing of personal data as well as your rights and how to exercise them.

- Within the framework of files handled for customers : HSP collects data directly or via third parties as part of the contractual relationship or legal obligations. Some data may be processed on the basis of your consent.
- Management of prospecting contacts: Data processing based on the legitimate interest of developing business.
- Marketing: Marketing activities based on legitimate interest and/or consent.
- Anti-money laundering: Data processing in compliance with legal obligations.
4. What personal data may be processed?
- Customer files: Identification, financial, family and medical data, etc.
- Prospecting: identification data, data relating to calls for tender and conflicts of interest.
- Marketing: identification data and voluntary data (e.g. registrations).

7. Retention period of personal data
- Customer files: 10 years after closing
- Prospecting: 10 years after negotiation
- Marketing: 10 years (or on request)
- Laundering: 10 years after the transaction concerned
