Fees

Traditionally, our fees are calculated on the basis of an hourly rate, ranging from €110 to €385 excluding VAT, depending on the experience and expertise of the lawyer handling the case:

  • Associate lawyer: €242 to €385
  • Senior lawyer: €187 to €209
  • Junior lawyer: € 154
  • Junior lawyer: €110
  • Paralegal: €75

These fees are legally subject to 21% VAT (Value Added Tax).

If the customer so wishes, other methods of remuneration may be considered:

Uniform hourly rate: the same amount is paid, regardless of who is involved in the case.

Subscription: with customers who entrust us with a large number of regular cases, we agree a preferential flat monthly rate for all cases.

Success fee: we are paid a premium for the successful outcome of a major procedure or negotiation, depending on the stakes involved. However, as article 446ter of the French Judicial Code prohibits the award of fees solely on the basis of a successful outcome, we must charge a minimum fee for our services in such cases.

What the customer will find on his invoice:

We distinguish between fees, which are remuneration for services rendered, and expenses, which are calculated on the basis of a flat fee amounting to 8% of the fees excluding VAT. Expenses include administrative and management costs (typing, photocopying, fax, e-mail, etc.) as well as travel expenses. Wherever possible, legal disbursements are billed directly to the customer by the service provider.

Our invoices are sent monthly and are payable within 30 days of dispatch.
