Laurence de Meeus

With a law degree from UCL and an additional diploma in business management from ICHEC, I have been a partner in HSP since 1994.

I am active both in land use and urban planning law (planning, permits, redevelopment sites, heritage, impact assessments, etc.) and in environmental law, both industrial (permits, soil, water, waste, quarries, industrial installations of all kinds, impact assessments, etc.) and non-industrial (Natura 2000 nature conservation, hunting, etc.).

I assist my clients with their projects from conception to completion, including litigation before the courts and administrative tribunals (Conseil d'Etat, Constitutional Court). I give priority to concrete solutions and dialogue, including with any public authorities involved.
