Michel Scholasse

Admitted to the Brussels Bar, I am a founding member of HSP. Managing Partner of HSP since 1986, I am active in urban planning law, and as such, deal with all matters relating to planology, permits, site redevelopment, heritage issues, impact assessment, etc. in the Walloon and Brussels regions. I assist our clients with their projects from conception to completion, including litigation before the courts and administrative tribunals (Council of State, Constitutional Court).
