Morgane Crispin

With 11 years' experience at HSP, I am a trilingual lawyer (French, Dutch, English) specializing in environmental law, town planning law and civil real estate law.

I offer comprehensive expertise in environmental law, covering a wide range of issues such as light pollution, effluent management, noise nuisance, waste and soil pollution. I also support applicants in the preparation and examination of their applications for planning and environmental permits in the three regions.

In civil real estate law, I am regularly involved in negotiating real estate transactions, participating in construction appraisals and foreclosures.
I advise and represent a varied clientele, including private individuals, legal entities and public authorities, both Belgian and foreign, both in judicial and administrative proceedings and upstream in conflict prevention.
