Nicolas Barbier

I joined HSP in 2001 and have been a partner since 2017, practicing in the fields of town planning and environmental law, civil property law and construction law.

I support developers, investors and owners at every stage of their projects, from the initial feasibility analyses through to marketing.

This includes due diligence, negotiation of agreements for the acquisition of various forms of land control, preparation and follow-up of permit applications to the relevant administrative authorities, assistance with implementation (construction disputes, etc.) and delivery of the project.

In addition to legal advice, my practical experience in the field enables me to provide a pragmatic vision, focused on achieving the objective.
