Julie Cuvelier

I joined HSP in October 2020 as a trainee lawyer under the supervision of Maître France GUERENNE.

During my university career, I was quickly drawn to administrative law, and more specifically to environmental, urban and regional planning law. To deepen my knowledge, I was fortunate enough to complete a Master's degree specializing in environmental law and public real estate law at the Université Saint-Louis in Brussels.

Today, as a senior associate at HSP, I handle cases in environmental, urban planning and civil real estate law (urban planning permits, environmental permits, integrated permits, single permits, company contracts, etc.). In particular, I have developed in-depth expertise in the wind power sector.

I advise companies, private individuals and public authorities in the context of legal and administrative proceedings, but also outside any conflictual framework during consultation for the preparation of a permit application file or during scientific research.
